Key Responsibilities :
Manage material planning and procurement for timely project completion
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers
Create and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accurate records of incoming materials
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
Track supplier performance for on-time delivery and budget adherence
Oversee procurement processes from development through production
Collaborate with Accounts Payable for accurate invoice reconciliation
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 5 years of experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure with shifting priorities
Experience with ERP / MRP systems; NetSuite familiarity a plus
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
