• Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annually

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain quality control plans for production, prototypes, and new products.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and lead improvement initiatives.
• Manage quality processes, including CAPA, MRB, and RMA.
• Ensure compliance with ESD standards and collaborate on risk assessments and validations.
• Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and conduct audits.
• Partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive performance improvements.

What You Bring:

• Expertise in quality analysis tools like PFMEA.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS 9100, or similar standards.
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, including low-volume, high-mix production.
• Current or recently expired Certifications in IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 
• 3 years of quality experience, preferably in PCBA contract manufacturing.
• Must have min of Associate's degree in engineering or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
