We’re seeking a Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator to join a busy and welcoming medical office in Providence, RI. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth check-in experience, handling insurance verification, and assisting with scheduling and referrals. Position Details :

Location : Providence, RI
Schedule : 24 hours per week Monday 8 : 30-3 : 30 Tuesday 9-1 Wednesday 8 : 30-3 : 30 Thursday off Friday 9-3
Compensation : $19.00 per hour with Insurance Experience

What You’ll Do :

Greet patients warmly and assist with appointment check-ins and scheduling.

Verify insurance details, obtain prior authorizations, and process referrals.

Collect co-pays and reconcile payments daily.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct patients as needed.

Maintain an organized front desk and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.

Assist medical staff with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
