The ideal person will be capable of and energized by the following responsibilities.
- Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and screening technical and skilled manufacturing applicants for a wide variety of clients.
- Processing applicants while maintaining accuracy, exceptional record keeping and an acute focus on customer service.
- Tracking and recording all communications and activities in our applicant tracking system in an accurate and professional manner.
- Communicating clearly and openly with candidates and clients to create the ideal job match.
- Driven by the relentless pursuit of excellence and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of the candidates and clients you serve.
Ideal Candidates will have:
- A POSITIVE, ENERGETIC ATTITUDE
- 2-4 years of experience recruiting for higher-level manufacturing, professional or engineering positions
- Strong sourcing and recruiting skills
- Incredible people skills and a drive to create an exceptional candidate experience
- A can-do attitude and willingness to be flexible to get the job done!
- Strong computer skills (We use Google Suite, Office and our ATS is Avionte)
