Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Dayton, Ohio corporate office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to a diverse clientele in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries related to transportation services.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with resolving issues, processing requests, and guiding them through various procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.
