Job Overview
Great for an entry level person interested in property management or starting off their career in Real Estate.
Candidate will be highly enthusiastic, energetic, communicative, loves talking to people on the phone and in person, strong sense of client satisfaction and customer service, going above and beyond in order to keep clients happy.
We are a mid size property management company looking for an assistant property manager who is also interested in Real Estate. We are not your "run of the mill" Brokerage or Management company. You will be trained to manage single family and multi-family homes while also honing your real estate skills and earning extra commissions filling vacancies.
This is a full time position (half in the office and half on the road).
This position is half Real Estate sales and half admin duties.

Duties
- Manage and update property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct data entry for property details, client information, and transaction records.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for property sales.
- Assist in preparing contracts and legal documents related to property transactions.
- Utilize OneSite software for effective property management and listing organization.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional services or properties to clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Stay informed about market trends and changes in real estate laws to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with property management practices and sales processes is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal administrative tasks related to contracts and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for client interactions.
- A background in law or related fields can be beneficial for understanding contractual obligations within real estate transactions.
