As an ARDEX Inside Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, qualifying, and delivering leads that drive new business opportunities with existing or new markets and customers, partnering closely with sales management, and sales teams.
This position will be based at our corporate campus, located 20 minutes North of Pittsburgh International Airport, you will work in a serene escape nestled amidst the tranquil beauty of Raccoon Creek, with the convenience of free parking. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Research and identify potential clients within the construction and building materials industry, utilizing company CRM (Customer Relationship Management system), Dodge, social media, industry publications and connection, industry trade shows etc.
- Utilize various channels (such as cold calls, emails, and social media)
- Work closely with Sales Management to build customer profiles and target opportunities.
Lead Qualification :
Assess leads based on their interest, needs, and fit for ARDEX products, and qualify if leads are worth pursuing furtherPipeline Management :
Maintain accurate records of leads in the CRM systemCollaborate with the sales team to move qualified leads through the pipelineProduct Knowledge :
Develop a solid understanding of ARDEX products and their applications.Articulate product features and benefits to potential customers.Sales Analytics :
Leverage sales data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and overall sales performance.Some prior experience in sales and lead generation is preferredUnderstanding of sales techniques, including lead qualification, cold calling, and follow-up strategiesExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) software for tracking interactions, managing leads, and maintaining accurate recordsStrong research skills; capability to research prospects to personalize outreach and improve engagementCollaborative; able to work with different sales teams and provide valuable feedback from lead interactionTechnically proficient; comfortable with various sales and communication tools, including email platforms and sales automation software. Must be able to use CRM, MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint to a high standardActive listening skills; understand needs of potential customers and tailor pitches (to potential customers and internal sales teams) accordinglyAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and client expectationsStrong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneouslyStrong verbal and communication skills for engaging with leads effectivelyMust possess a current, valid and unexpired driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be able to travel nationally on occasionsEducation
Four (4) year college degree is preferred in a related field, or minimum competed high school diploma with relevant work experience.Benefits :
