Recruitment Coordinator (Corporate Human Resources)

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. As Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage salaried and hourly recruitment for our United States, Canada, and Mexico regions, along with all onboarding activities.
Work Schedule
This position is full-time Monday - Friday. However, depending on experience, we will also consider candidates who wish to work a reduced full-time schedule (30-32 hours per week with full benefits) or part-time (24 hours per week).
Location
Our corporate campus in Center Township (20 minutes north of Pittsburgh International Airport) offers a peaceful setting near Raccoon Creek, with the convenience of free parking.

- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement targeted recruiting initiatives using social media, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Community Engagement: Represent ARDEX at local career fairs and establish relationships with high schools and colleges.
- Hiring Support: Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, craft accurate job descriptions, and ensure well-written job postings are effectively advertised.
- Candidate Screening & Selection: Review resumes through the applicant tracking system, conduct preliminary screening interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate the interview process. Prepare offer letters.
- Compliance & Coordination: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal requirements, manage employment checks, and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Administration & Onboarding: Oversee all new hire documentation, including background checks and employment verifications. Manage new hire information in the HRIS (Paylocity), prepare orientation schedules, and conduct onboarding sessions to set employees up for success.
- Minimum 1 (one) year of recruitment experience is essential
- Minimum 1 (one) year of HR experience is essential
- Experience with HRIS systems is essential
- Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience is a plus
- Proven high attention to detail and precision in maintaining accurate personnel records
- Proven organizational skills; able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly in regard to recruiting and hiring
- Confident, effective and engaging presenter. Builds relationships easily.
- High levels of self-motivation, initiative, ideas, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable and responsive
- Strong team player: collaborates effectively with a diverse team across different locations

- Minimum completed high school with applicable work experience is essential. Associates degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or related area is preferred.
