Key ResponsibilitiesService Excellence
- Oversee daily Managed Services operations, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
- Streamline incident, problem, and change management processes to maintain service availability
- Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to uphold quality standards
- Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency
Client Partnership
- Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution
- Cultivate strong relationships by understanding client needs and offering proactive solutions
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor IT support specialists and service desk technicians
- Develop staff through targeted recruitment, training, and professional development
- Create a collaborative, supportive environment where team members thrive
Innovation & Strategy
- Keep pace with emerging technologies to enhance our service offerings
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective solution deployment
- Help clients develop IT roadmaps aligned with their business objectives
Business Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Support sales efforts with service expertise and proposal assistance
Ideal Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in IT Managed Services with demonstrated success
- Leadership background in IT service management or technical support
- Proficiency with MSP tools, RMM platforms, ITSM frameworks, and CRM/ticketing systems
- Knowledge of server infrastructure, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity solutions
- Strong communication skills and client relationship management expertise
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
