Job Description
The candidate will join a global team composed of more than 60 investment professionals across 8 offices (Paris, Milan, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, New York, Santiago and Luxembourg). The Senior Investment Manager will report to the Head of Infrastructure and local Co-Heads.
This position is located in New York where Ardian has an established office with over 120 full time employees, of which 12 are infrastructure team members. Key responsibilities include:
Deal Making & Execution
- Ability to produce, interpret and review complex long term business plans in multiple Infrastructure sectors
- Coordinate deal execution process from due diligence to closing (including due diligence, structuring, financing and valuation).
- Support the managing director in legal documentation negotiation (ex: SHA and SPA negotiation)
- Present investment opportunities during investment committees in collaboration with the Managing Director
Portfolio Management
- Be the interlocutor to portfolio companies’ CEO/CFO together with the Managing Director
- Drive value creation in portfolio companies/assets
- Evaluate internal data, identify/highlight critical discussion topics and follow up.
- Could be appointed as board members in portfolio companies
Other
- Ability to train and supervise junior members of the team in the production of complex excel models to support the investment and asset management activity
- Manage, develop and mentor junior team members;
- Fundraising and further broaden network with institutional investors;
- Work closely together with other internal stakeholders within the Ardian Group.
Profile
The ideal candidate is an investment professional with 6 years of investment banking (IB) or private equity (PE) experience. The candidate also has significant M&A experience in the Infrastructure sector.

Salary : $190,000 - $240,000
