Consumer loan office is hiring for an experienced assistant manager. If you're prepared to work hard are comfortable talking with customers over the phone and in person, and are looking for an opportunity to advance, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!
Here are just some of the duties:
- Taking and Processing small consumer loan applications
- Making collection calls to past due and delinquent customers
- Calling former borrowers to re-open their accounts
- Taking payments from customers over the phone and in the office
- Processing loans
- Filing customer account related documents
- Assisting manager with verifying employment and residence
- Assisting manager with mail campaigns
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting pay is $11.00/Hour
Benefits: Health, dental and life insurance. Paid time off after one year.
Hours
Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm (30 minutes for lunch)
Some Saturday hours might be requested, however you will get a half day during the week if so.
