Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all outbound and inbound freight invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Prepare and process weekly ACH, wire, and check payments, while reporting and reconciling bank transactions.
- Conduct balance sheet, credit card, and cash reconciliations to support month-end closing activities, emphasizing accruals and account accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to address inquiries, resolve issues, and support company-wide initiatives.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements within the accounts payable function.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable, with a solid understanding of general ledger processes.
- Strong experience with month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and accruals.
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively within the accounting team and across departments.
- Highly organized with a sense of urgency to manage multiple deliverables while maintaining accuracy.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency in all accounting processes.

Compensation· This role is classified as non-exempt with a starting base pay of $24 - $30 an hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Salary : $24 - $30
