About the Role
The Product Data Coordinator will be a key supporting staff member of the Product Development team. Through strong attention to detail, critical thinking and working in a highly organized manner, this individual will be responsible for our product data library including SKUs, product dimension details, unit specifics and more. This individual embraces and supports our in-person/on-site work culture and embodies our company values of Ownership, Collaboration and Respect.
What you can do for us:
- Proactively collect technical product data for website and data systems
- Create product import templates with and critical product information with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Maintain the ERP product database and company applications on a regular basis
- Provide administrative support to the product development team
- Prepare, compile, and file product information in an organized manner
- Review and identify product data discrepancies (including research and verification) for final resolution with manager
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of assigned product collections.
- Provide prompt and accurate product technical data to our sales team, and internal teams

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative support experience
- Associate’s degree or some college studies with equivalent work experience
- Ability to prioritize and complete project assignments from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative
- Critical thinking skills to propose new ideas and solutions for projects
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software (Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Slack or other project management applications is a plus
- Capability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously

- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and fluctuating lighting; both in an office and warehouse environment
- Ability to work on a computer and mobile phone for multiple consecutive hours; with frequent interruptions
- Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building

Compensation
Starting base pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
