About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Technology to lead our technological initiatives and drive our strategy as we scale. This key leadership role will report directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in shaping our technology landscape, ensuring alignment with our business goals while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. This individual is highly results-oriented, with grit and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic and is strong at multitasking, prioritizing, and communicating/aligning with ownership and others on priorities. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the technology strategy aligned with business objectives, driving growth and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies that enhance our products and services, keeping us ahead in a competitive market.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology with business processes and to support organizational goals.
- Oversee the technology budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and driving return on investment for technology initiatives.
- Establish robust cybersecurity protocols and data governance practices to protect company assets and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate technology vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a shared understanding of technology’s role in our success.
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally as a VP or Head of Technology in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, tools, and methodologies, with a track record of successful technology implementation.
- Development of data strategy and roadmap
- Depth of experience in transitional websites development and management
- External app development and vendor management experience.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Experience managing IT budgets and allocating resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.

Compensation: Starting annual salary: $180,000.00 - $230,000.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
