PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Responsible for collecting and posting all resident and applicant monies in a timely manner
- Completes the preparation of final account statements while diligently pursuing outstanding balances and promptly reporting applicable accounts to the collection’s agency
- Manages security deposit accounts through third party partnership – enrollment, refunds, claims, etc.
- Adheres to the Company's policies concerning evictions, ensuring compliance with necessary notice prerequisites, executing resident evictions, and representing the community as needed in court hearings and eviction proceedings.
- Accountable for the thorough completion of applicant and resident paperwork, encompassing tasks such as application processing, generating lease documents, overseeing renewals, handling notice to vacate procedures, and managing move-out documentation.
- Addresses resident requests and complaints with care and consideration to proactively mitigate any escalation of the matter.
- Completes weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Supports the Leasing Specialist by assisting with apartment showings and lease agreements, conducting applicant screenings, facilitating move-ins and move-outs, and fulfilling any other essential responsibilities.
- Consistently upholds a professional demeanor and appearance, ensuring a welcoming and courteous approach when greeting individuals.
Performs other duties as necessary to meet the needs of upper management, residents, and the property.
