Job Description:
We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Service Call Center (Business Development Center). This is a great opportunity to start your career in automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. In this role, you will be the link between the service customer and their current and future service visits. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, scheduling of their service appointments and more.
Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound calls directed to the service department, and assist guests with scheduling
- Prompt response to daily email inbound leads, appointment confirmations and inquiries
- Generate quality appointments by means of outbound prospecting
- Confirm daily appointments, and ensure all pre-service requirements are met prior to arrival
Qualifications
- 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Prior automotive experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Must be comfortable handling a large call volume in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
