We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members, coordinating meeting times and locations.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide information about services offered.
- Support the office with any additional tasks including accounts payables and invoice processing.
- Knowledge of quick books is required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in administrative and clerical tasks, including calendar management.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
