Job Title :   HR Services Administrator

Location : London / Hybrid (Typically 2 / 3 days in the office)

Manager / Employee says :

This is an essential role within our HR function, dedicated to reviewing and auditing electronic colleague files. You will cross-check information held in our HR system against documented records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Any inconsistencies or gaps must be carefully recorded and communicated for resolution.

This fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s compliance and operational integrity during a time-sensitive project.

What you will do :

  • Audit electronic employee files to ensure completeness and accuracy; reorganising and renaming where needed.
  • Cross-check data between electronic records and the HR system.
  • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or missing documentation and log them in a systematic way.
  • Provide regular updates to the HR team on progress and key findings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure all work complies with GDPR and regulatory standards.
  • What you will bring :

    Essential

  • Experience working in an administrative role requiring good levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Computer literate (in particular Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Desirable

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or data-focused role, ideally within a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and electronic file management.
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Person Specification :

  • Exceptional attention to detail; precision is critical when dealing with sensitive data and regulatory requirements. Small errors can have significant consequences.
  • Strong organisational skills; you’ll manage a high volume of files and data, so the ability to stay on top of tasks and meet deadlines is crucial.

    At Ardonagh Specialty we have a straightforward interview process to ensure the best fit for both you and the company :

  • Submit your application with your CV, emphasising your skills and experience related to the job.
  • Our Talent Acquisition team will then arrange a call where they can tell you more about the role and the team. We want to learn about your motivation and goals, what you can bring to Price Forbes / Price Forbes Re / Globe Underwriting, and answer any immediate questions.
  • If successful, you will generally be invited to engage in a 1-hour interview with the Hiring Manager and selected team members, via teams or in person. We will discuss our technologies, key skills, and team dynamics and provide further opportunity to ask any questions. This is your chance to voice your thoughts on the role and we will outline our expectations and ensure this role aligns with your ambitions for the future.
  • Depending on the role, you may be invited to attend a second stage interview with further members of the team.
  • If successful or unsuccessful, we always try and move quickly in presenting an offer or providing feedback.
