We’re on the hunt for a talented insurance Personal Lines Client Advisor who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships.

This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and offering a comprehensive service to personal lines clients to find the right Insurance products to fit their needs.
Our Client Advisors are excellent at quoting and placing cover when instructed, dealing with mid-term adjustments and broking client requirements within the insurance market.
What you will do
- Provide an effective client service including the achievement of targets and provision of high levels of client service
- Provide high quality level of administration
- Check thoroughly all client documentation before despatch, ensuring queries are raised and amendments completed.
- Provide new business quotations for all classes of on request, providing relevant advice, information and guidance.
- Take instructions from new clients, ensuring cover commences at the correct time, all relevant paperwork is completed, premium is collected and relevant records and diary entries are created.
- Take instructions from existing customers in respect of alterations to existing policies, ensuring insurers are notified and records updated.
What experience do our Client Advisors need?
It would be ideal if you have experience gained from within the Insurance Industry in a personal lines setting and have gained experience working with customers in an office based role.
