Role Overview
As the world of marketing evolves, the center of gravity has shifted — creativity still matters, but data, systems, and technology now define success. We are hiring a Marketing Operations Analyst to help scale technical marketing systems across multiple companies in our portfolio. This role is built for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. You’ll own key tools like HubSpot, oversee campaign execution and performance, and ensure data-driven decisions are guiding growth across 10 brands. This is a hands-on, technical role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a senior-level marketing operator. The work is meaningful, the team is high-performance, and the impact is portfolio-wide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub across all brands: workflows, segmentation, automation, lifecycle stages, and reporting
- Execute and manage email campaigns and webinars, including audience segmentation, scheduling, content coordination, and performance tracking
- Oversee and update WordPress and Squarespace websites across more than 10 brands, ensuring conversion optimization, speed, and user experience
- Own brand consistency across marketing assets, including adherence to branding guidelines, formatting, and design templates
- Collaborate with external SEO vendors to define strategy, monitor performance, and hold teams accountable for rankings, organic traffic, and conversion
- Generate, analyze, and report on performance metrics including CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, SALs, Conversion Rates, Attribution reporting, Funnel velocity, Marketing-sourced revenue, Sales cycle length & close rates, and Engagement metrics
- Organize and maintain clean, segmented CRM data to ensure scalability and reporting accuracy
- Contribute to lead generation strategy, data flows, and list segmentation
- Support visual content production with Canva or Adobe tools (preferred, not required)
- Maintain and evolve internal LLM (large language model) prompt libraries and automation flows using generative AI tools as applicable
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical marketing, marketing analyst, or operations-focused role
- Deep expertise in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub
- Experience managing WordPress and Squarespace websites
- Solid understanding of modern SEO best practices and vendor accountability
- Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, spreadsheets, or Looker Studio
- Working knowledge of email marketing strategy, segmentation, and execution
- Familiarity with brand systems, style guides, and asset consistency
- Ability to apply structured thinking to lead flow, campaign logic, and attribution paths
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional work
- Interest or experience in generative AI and LLM tools as part of marketing automation or content workflows
- Comfort working across multiple companies and adapting to different brand identities
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Experience with Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
- Light HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization or minor web edits
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Technical or data background (e.g. computer science, engineering, information systems, business analytics)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
