We partner with premium med spas, beauty brands, and personal care companies to deliver creative social strategies, stunning content, and high-impact brand growth. Role Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Assist with managing client social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
- Content Days: Attend and assist with in-person client content shoots (both BTS and featured content).
- Copywriting: Write captions, post copy, and light blog or email copy for beauty clients.
- Graphic Design: Create simple graphics, social templates, and visuals using Canva (or Photoshop if experienced).
- Event Coverage: Attend client or brand events to capture content, BTS footage, and live social coverage.
- Collaboration: Meet in-person with Lauren (CEO) 2–3x/month at a shared workspace or coffee shop for strategy meetings and creative sessions.
- Light Project Management: Organize content calendars, ensure client deadlines are hit, communicate feedback and ideas proactively.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–3 years experience in social media, content creation, or marketing (beauty industry experience is a plus!).
- Strong writing skills with a fun, relatable, clean tone.
- Comfortable with graphic design tools like Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator = bonus).
- Skilled at creating short-form video content (BTS, Reels, TikTok).
- Loves beauty, aesthetics, and the glam world (without needing hand-holding).
- Takes initiative, works fast, adapts easily, and thrives in a creative environment.
- Located in or around Miami, FL, with flexibility to travel locally for shoots and meetings.
- Owns a smartphone and/or camera capable of high-quality content capture.
