Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The position involves providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients.
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to established protocols and procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
