Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Travel Nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, medication lists, and test results.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Active RN license in Connecticut.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
