We are seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13 week contract in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. This full time position begins on November 13th and ends on February 12th, 2025.
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a SNF UNIT setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist and be licensed to practice in New Hampshire.
Responsibilities :
Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a SNF UNIT setting
Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress
Requirements :
Active NH license for Speech Language Pathology
2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
