Job Description
A travel Physical Therapist is needed for a 13-week contract position in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of physical therapy interventions.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire.
- 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
