At Ardour Millennial, we provide comprehensive paid training to equip our new team members with effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and communication skills. In this entry-level position, you will be interacting daily with customers face-to-face in our clients' retailers and are responsible for creating new accounts for the national brands we represent. • Master sales and marketing strategies through hands-on experience
• Connect with potential customers in a retail environment to build relationships and drive sales
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally
