At Area 51 Smoke Shop, we're looking for dedicated and reliable sales associates to join our team at our locations in Chesterfield and Powhatan. We have stores at 11525 Midlothian Tpke, 6733 Lake Harbour Dr, and 2470 Anderson Highway. We value experience, commitment, and strong work ethics, and we're seeking individuals who are punctual, motivated, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to retain and share product information effectively.
- Capable of problem-solving, even under pressure.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills are preferred (but not required).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Guide customers to products and provide knowledgeable advice.
- Process transactions, including checks, cash, and credit card payments.
- Use your judgment to solve customer problems and provide solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked store environment.
- Stay on top of scheduling commitments and daily tasks (cleaning, restocking, etc.).
Starting pay is $18 - $20, based on experience.
