Description
ACES seeks an innovative leader to serve as the Assistant Director of AI Services and Product Development. This role will guide the design, piloting, and scaling of AI-driven solutions to support district and school leaders, while fostering new revenue streams through technology and innovation. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, collaborative, and committed to leveraging AI for educational transformation.
10 years' experience in education or a related field; Master's degree required. Connecticut Intermediate Administrator Certificate (092) preferred.

Qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with AI consultants and vendors to develop and prototype AI services for educators and staff.
- Recruit and engage district and school leaders in piloting AI prototypes and refine services based on data and feedback.
- Develop new passive revenue streams to support educators, students, and families.
- Lead initiatives to integrate AI tools into professional learning and district leadership practices.
- Write and publish research findings and best practices on AI's impact in education.
- Work closely with the Director of PDSI to align AI services with the division's strategic goals.
- Monitor emerging trends in AI and education to identify opportunities for service expansion.
