Description
The Team Leader will coordinate a team of three engagement team specialists working in Waterbury to increase student learner engagement as measured by attendance and participation in engagement activities. Team Leaders will report back to the City Coordinator and assist Coordinator in training for the goals of the grant as well as strategies to increase participation and engagement paying careful attention to the metrics used in assessment and evaluation of the program. The Team Leaders will participate in regularly scheduled meetings with teams to assess needs, share strategies, and provide feedback on status of evaluation metrics.
This is a grant funded position to support the Learner Engagement Attendance Program (LEAP).
