xWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Operator for overnight shifts to join our small, family-owned towing and roadside assistance company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, professional service to clients in need of towing or roadside assistance during late-night and overnight hours.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lock-out services.
- Maintain a clean and organized tow truck, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to calls and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork, including vehicle condition reports and job details.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tow Truck Operator or in a similar role.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and stay calm in high-pressure situations.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and roadside assistance services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week
