An educational facility is seeking a Food Service Associate who will be responsible for a variety of duties; food preparation, opening and closing the kitchen, and operating the dishwasher You will work first shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; however, some evenings and weekends may be required. In addition, you will be cross trained in the kitchen / dining room area.
Duties :
- Measure and assemble ingredients for the menu items
- Perform opening and closing of the kitchen
- Ensure the food prep areas are cleaned and sanitized
- Read and follow standard recipes
- Operate the dishwasher and assist with washing dishes, pots, and pans
- Pack to-go meals for classrooms and meetings, and serving lunch on hot lines
Qualifications :
Only candidates that can pass a background, FBI / BCI, fingerprint check, TB test, and drug screen will be considered.
