Seasonal Greeter-Stocker
The owners of Area51 fireworks have always had a love of fireworks, family, and celebration. In 2002 they decided to open Area51 Fireworks in Pahrump, Nevada. Area51 Firework is distinctly identified by the green alien character inspired from the Area51 conspiracy; thus, the brand was created. Area51 Fireworks are ramping up for the 2025 firework season (April 26, 2025, to July 4, 2025). Seasonal Stocker-Greeters will support operations by cheerfully engaging our customers when they enter the store, keep shelves full with inventory, maintaining a clean, tidy store and assisting customers with loading their orders.
Target Start Date is on or around April 2, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Be at the front doors when assigned to that station and greet customers when they enter.
- Provide information on our current sales and promotions to customers when they enter the store.
- Provide advice and/or direct guests to the right sales associate.
- Pulling small wholesale orders and filling them as directed.
- Help customers load their vehicles as needed.
- Help keep track of how many guests we see throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by taking out the trash, cleaning restrooms, keeping store grounds clean of debris and trash, etc.
- Gather and wipe down shopping carts throughout the store and parking lot.
- Notify supervisor/manager about any potential issues.
- Unload inventory and move inventory throughout the retail and warehouse areas of the store as needed.
- Replace damaged items.
- Order replacement merchandise and products.
- Create a list of items needed to stock the store.
- Stock inventory, items, and products.
- Make sure stock labels are visible and readable.
- Remove and break down empty boxes.
Greeter-Stocker Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, climb, and walk during work hours.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and participate in team lifts as needed.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, bend, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
- Availability on work nights, weekends, holidays, Entire Season
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers.
