Job Title : Warehouse Supervisor
Department : Food and Beverage Operations
Report To : Warehouse Manager
Status : Non- Exempt
Broad Functions : This position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools equipment, and products within all concepts.
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Required to operate company’s truck.
- Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing.
- Able to input orders into DSP, read work orders, shipping orders, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and / or shipped. Any missing or damaged products need to be documented on the missing damage form upon receiving.
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
- Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to restaurants.
- Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for other employees and associated traffic.
- Assemble concept orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or relocate orders to a holding area shipping department.
- Mark materials with identify information using appropriate method providing within the warehouse.
- Open and inspect products for quality.
- Assist in counting of physical inventory for both Mid and End of month for all terminals.
- Weigh and count items for distribution within terminal to ensure conformance to company standards.
- May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
- Sweep, dust, and mop when needed.
- Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
- Supervise warehouse hourly team members.
