Compensation :
35,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Oversee team transactions, client communication, listing preparation, marketing execution, and compliance to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage scheduling, inbox and calendar organization, and team communications to keep everything running efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and deadlines, including the timely disbursement of funds.
- Develop, refine, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and maintain consistency.
- Lead and support a structured administrative team to ensure workflow efficiency without overload.
- Assist in planning and executing high-quality client appreciation and educational events.
