The Position:
We are looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is located in our Oak Creek, WI office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers when they arrive to the facility
- Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate person
- Assist sales department with entering of customer orders into ERP system
- Assist sales department with various administrative tasks
- Prepare expense reports for field operations department team members
- Assist with entering of purchase orders into Microsoft NAV system
- Assist Department Managers with various other administrative tasks
- Organize and maintain required paperwork, reports, records, documentation, etc.
- Follow and comply with all safety, work rules and regulations while maintaining company standards
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule/occasional overtime required to complete projects
- Ability to work on your feet and occasionally carry packages up to 50 pounds
- Able to complete assigned tasks with urgency and accuracy
Compensation
- Starting pay $18.00 or more depending on experience
