Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Review and track essential project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
- Oversee procurement and materials tracking, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Support communication with contractors and vendors, providing status updates and resolving issues.
- Maintain quality control processes and assist in project closeout.
What You Bring:
- 1 years of experience in a project engineering or coordination role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
This is a full-time, in-office position with occasional overtime as needed.
