Key Responsibilities
- Independently operate and program advanced CNC machinery, including true 5-axis and mill/lathe machines
- Design and develop custom fixtures to optimize production efficiency
- Interpret and execute complex blueprints and specifications
- Collaborate closely with project managers on scheduling, budgeting, and project planning
- Provide mentorship and training to less-experienced machinists to enhance team capabilities
- Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained throughout the machining process
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–7 years of CNC machining experience, including setup and programming
- Expertise in 2D/3D programming and multi-axis machining
- Strong knowledge of mill/lathe operations and complex fixturing techniques
- Proficiency in Fusion 360 or comparable CAM software
- High attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee)
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage Range: $34.00 – $43.00 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, (8-hour shifts) with available overtime
