Mission Critical Superintendent Role – Pay Range : $160,000–$225,000 for a well known GC. Bonus upwards of 20-30k The Superintendent has overall responsibility for on-site projects, including site access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction. This role requires multi-tasking, effective time management under strict deadlines, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Project Manager, the Superintendent ensures the successful execution of the project plan and oversees all aspects of the project from pre-construction through closeout. Experience managing mission-critical such as data centers, healthcare, clean room projects is required.Essential Functions : Actively participate in RFP responses, including developing presentations and assisting in client pitches.Manage pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning processes.Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and weekly field updates.Supervise the field team, trade partners, and owner vendors with proactive communication.Identify and resolve on-site challenges and issues efficiently to minimize cost and delays.Champion the company’s safety culture, enforce OSHA standards, and lead / document safety meetings.Maintain accurate project documentation on-site.Oversee the project closeout process, including inspections, punch lists, equipment commissioning, and owner / vendor training.Review general conditions and labor requirements with the project management team, ensuring financial commitments are met.Become proficient in the company’s established systems and technology to maintain the highest standards of efficiency.Attend industry events and develop beneficial working relationships with clients and designers to support business development.Contribute to the growth of the company by mentoring interns, Project Engineers, and Assistant Superintendents.Supervisory Responsibilities : This role may involve supervising Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, Field Assistants, and Interns.What We Offer : Our client is committed to supporting the well-being and success of its employees.
