Arena Family of Companies is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial reporting, job costing, and general ledger management for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
The successful candidate will manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes efficiently, ensuring accurate certified payroll processing and compliance with industry regulations.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can utilize Foundation Software or other construction accounting systems to track project finances, prepare and analyze financial statements, budget reports, and cash flow forecasts.
The selected candidate will collaborate with Project Managers and administrative staff to ensure accurate job costing and financial tracking, assist with month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and audits.
This is an on-site position that requires the ability to lead financial operations in a growing construction firm.
