We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Brand Manager to join our growing team in Austin. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and manage the development, execution, and optimization of brand strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. About the Role

As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of multiple brands by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing a variety of client campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of branding—from strategy to execution—align with the overall vision, objectives, and values of each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development : Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that align with client goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee and manage the execution of large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and effectively drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Client Collaboration : Work directly with clients to understand their brand vision, market positioning, and business goals, providing strategic insights and solutions to drive brand growth.
  • Cross-functional Team Leadership : Collaborate with creative, marketing, design, and product teams to develop and deliver cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning and campaign strategies.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to clients and senior management.
  • Brand Consistency : Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials and client communications.
  • Creative Development : Partner with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertising, digital content, social media, and collateral, that support brand initiatives.
  • Budget Management : Manage brand budgets across multiple client accounts, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns and diverse client portfolios.
  • Strategic Thinking : Strong ability to think strategically and develop brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Leadership Skills : Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients, creatives, and senior management to achieve brand objectives.
  • Client-Centric : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while exceeding expectations.
  • Creative & Analytical Balance : A blend of creative vision and analytical ability to drive brand initiatives, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management : Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met without compromising quality.
  • Industry Knowledge : A deep understanding of current branding trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
