Job Description :
We seek a dynamic, results-driven Proposal Director to lead our proposal development team. This role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Proposal Director will be responsible for overseeing the entire proposal lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Proposal Strategy Development :
Analyze government solicitations, RFPs, and market trends to identify business opportunities aligning with company capabilities.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of proposal managers, writers, and coordinators.
Oversee the full proposal development process including planning, scheduling, and compliance checks.
Engage with potential and existing government clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
Work closely with the business development team to capture new opportunities and enhance win rates.
Ensure all proposals meet high standards of quality, compliance, and competitiveness.
