We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing
Associate to support our product marketing initiatives and help drive
the success of our RF and DSP product lines. This role is a unique

Job Description:
The Product Marketing Associate will assist in the development and
execution of marketing strategies, product messaging, and go-to-market
initiatives for our RF and DSP solutions. You will collaborate with
engineering, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling product
stories, support marketing campaigns, and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Product Marketing & Strategy
- Support the creation and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies
for new and existing RF and DSP products.
- Assist in developing product messaging, value propositions, and
positioning that align with customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer
insights, and market opportunities.
Content Development & Communication
- Create and manage product-focused content, including datasheets,
white papers, presentations, case studies, and website copy.
- Assist in crafting technical marketing collateral that translates
complex DSP and RF concepts into customer-friendly language.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver email campaigns,
product launches, and webinars.
Sales Enablement
- Develop and maintain sales tools, including product guides, battle
cards, and FAQs, to support the sales team s efforts.
- Coordinate product training sessions for internal teams and external
partners.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product positioning
and future enhancements.
Market Research & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and
customer behavior to refine product strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and
product launches, reporting on effectiveness.
- Support pricing analysis and market segmentation for new product
initiatives.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related
field (Master s degree a plus).
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing,
or market research, preferably in the RF, DSP, telecommunications,
or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Radio Frequency
(RF) products and applications.
Technical & Marketing Skills:
- Understanding of RF and DSP technology concepts and their market
applications.
- Strong writing and editing skills for technical and marketing
materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing techniques.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear,
compelling marketing messages.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across engineering, sales,
and marketing teams.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RF testing equipment, signal analysis software, or
technical writing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator)
for content creation.
- Understanding of government/defense markets and their unique
requirements (e.g., MIL-STD, FCC regulations).
