government contract. DOT Public Trust is a plus Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Software Developer to
join one of our new, long-term (3 years), federal projects supporting
Department of Transportation in Washington, D.C. with opportunities for
growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your previous
Salesforce development experience and expertise. Your in-depth
understanding of state models will be used to build workflow
applications used to integrate external data. Your future duties and responsibilities: - Modernize the capabilities offered by National Consumer Complaint
Database (NCCDB) using the Salesforce Platform - Authenticate internal FMCSA users using DOT MyAccess solution, and
users external to FMCSA using Login.gov - Integrate with the data platform to store and/or retrieve
information relevant to the complaint - Support legacy data and business process to migrate into Salesforce
platform - Utilize MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform to design, develop and
orchestrate APIs, and implement the new data exchange platform for
FMCSA - Develop detailed technical integration architecture and design
specifications - Work with stakeholders to create and influence proper standards for
development, governance, and operational lifecycle Required qualifications to be successful in this role: - BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business,
or other related scientific or technical discipline. - 10 years of functional experience (5 focused on Salesforce
development using Apex and Visualforce) - 8 years of specialized experience (3 implementing in Platform,
Service and Experience Cloud) - Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com
architecture and API - Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications - Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework, Experience
Cloud - Experience with Agile development methodologies - Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing
solutions in Salesforce along with integrating Salesforce to other
platforms - Certified Salesforce Platform Developer credential required - Experience using MuleSoft and data pipelines - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines; including technologies such as
