Position Overview :
The Director of Executive Compensation will lead the design, implementation, and management of executive compensation programs and oversee the analysis and Compensation Committee materials. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and executive leadership to ensure competitive and compliant compensation strategies that align with the company’s long-term business objectives. In this role, you will support our executive and senior leaders globally through their compensation journey at PTC.

- Develop and implement comprehensive executive compensation strategies, including base salary, short-term and long-term incentive plans, aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Ensure competitiveness by benchmarking compensation practices against industry standards and advising on trends in executive compensation within the software / tech industry.
