The Senior Partner Operations Specialist will work closely with the overall PTC Partner ecosystem and several supporting teams within PTC. This position will be responsible for managing and enhancing Partner systems at a global level and providing direct support to partners and partner operations. The role is also expected to not only develop and improve processes but implement and enable supporting systems, driving partner and partner operation efficiencies.
Your Day-To-Day :
- Generate and process Partner Network contract documents including but not limited to new partner contracts, existing contract renewals, contract addendums and amendments, single use agreements, and terminations in strict adherence to PTC policy and procedures.
- Coordinate all contract-related documents requested from the PTC Compliance and Legal departments.
- Process PTC Partner Network contract records within the Salesforce (SFDC) platform.
- Manage version control of the most recent templates provided by PTC legal counsel.
- Responsible for contract data cleanliness and proactive management of upcoming contract renewals or terminations.
- Provide guidance to regional Partner Manager and sales teams regarding general operational or partner program-related questions.
- Generate reports related to active partner contract authorizations including but not limited to product and discount reports, authorized territory reports, and contract expiration reports as well as new Partner onboarding tracking.
- Manage new Partner’s operations onboarding including system administration training with the Partner and general point of contact for new Partner questions.
- Ensure regional Partner’s success with the execution of all programs.
- Act as the IT liaison for the partner ecosystem (SFDC community, API, etc.).
- Act as level 2 support for partner and partner operations, translating production issues into enhancements, enablement content, or improved communications.
- Support & lead process improvements and lead dependent system impacts.
- Collaborate with management on the partner systems roadmap.
- Take lead in delivering the partner systems roadmap.
- Manage Technology Partners via the partner portal and other web properties used by internal and external stakeholders.
