Arenas Lounge is a small business in San Antonio, TX. We are professional, social, customer-centric and our goal is to provide a new trendy-chic seafood restaurant and bar with weekly events and live music. Arena's Lounge is meant to encompass a Mexican Resort. We serve Latin style seafood and craft cocktails. In order to maintain the upscale ambiance we do our diligence to keep our establishment clean.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience serving guests in a social, friendly and professional manner and have excellent working knowledge of not only our cocktail and food menu but current specials and upcoming events.

Arena's Lounge pride ourselves in providing quality service to Stone Oak. We understand that our menu is more expensive, taking into consideration that our guest will be treated extra special. We are an intimate family restaurant and our service should reflect that. Though, we may not be big nor super busy at times, there is still good money to be made. Customers expect to be treated just as good as one would their own family, and their tip reflects that. However, the restaurant does get busy. Having a good team member who is prepared and adaptable is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending and cocktail preparation
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly with Focus
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in fine dining and banquet service is a plus
