We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant with expertise in Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), ServiceNow, and Cybersecurity to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and technological needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive innovation in complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions using leading platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
Provide guidance on cloud migration, multi-cloud strategies, and optimization of existing cloud environments.Integrate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for automated provisioning and management.Artificial Intelligence :Design AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes, including machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and AI / ML frameworks.
Lead the integration of AI technologies into existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver AI solutions that solve business challenges.ServiceNow Expertise :Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and SecOps modules.
Customize ServiceNow applications to meet client-specific requirements while maintaining platform best practices.Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow upgrades, integrations, and automation to optimize workflows.Cybersecurity :Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies aligned with industry standards such as NIST, ISO, and CMMC.
Perform security assessments, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation for cloud and on-premises systems.Design Zero Trust Architectures and implement security measures for AI and ServiceNow environments.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.5 years of experience in IT consulting with proven expertise in Cloud, AI, ServiceNow, and Cybersecurity.Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Information Systems Security Professional [CISSP], Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Developer).Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and maintenance.Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Terraform, Ansible).Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA, CMMC, etc.).Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Preferred Skills :
Experience with AI tools and platforms, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with IT governance and ITIL frameworks.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.Requirements :
Education & Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Relevant certifications in Cloud, AI, ServiceNow, and Cybersecurity :Cloud : AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent.
AI : Microsoft AI Engineer Associate, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent.ServiceNow : Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Developer, or ITSM Professional Certification.Cybersecurity : Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or equivalent.Experience :
Minimum 5 years of professional IT consulting experience.Proven expertise in architecting and deploying cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI) and their integration into business systems.Extensive knowledge and implementation experience with ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, etc.).Comprehensive experience in cybersecurity strategies, risk management, and compliance with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CMMC.Technical Skills :
Cloud :Proficiency in cloud architecture, migrations, and optimization.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).AI :Development and deployment of machine learning models and AI-based solutions.
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and predictive analytics.ServiceNow :Customization, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow workflows and modules.
Integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.Cybersecurity :Implementation of Zero Trust Architecture and robust security frameworks.
Knowledge of incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management tools.Scripting & Automation : Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or other programming languages.Containerization and Orchestration : Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container tools.Soft Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in digital modernization projects and IT transformation strategies.Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.Advanced knowledge of IT governance and data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).Experience with enterprise data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Additional Requirements :
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if required by the client / project).Availability for occasional travel to client sites as needed.Commitment to staying updated with emerging trends and advancements in Cloud, AI, ServiceNow, and Cybersecurity technologies.
