ServiceNow Application Developer – Mid Level

Description

We are seeking a skilled Mid Level ServiceNow Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring software capabilities to meet design and functional objectives. This role involves analyzing functional business applications and design specifications across various functional areas, including finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure software solutions to satisfy design and functional requirements.
• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications.
• Translate detailed designs and workflows into deliverable application products.
• Design, code, test, debug, and refine computer software to produce the required product.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including use-case level and user-level documentation.
• Enhance workflows to reduce operating time and improve overall efficiency.
• Promote best practices in utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Provide technical direction to the program team.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
  
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of software development experience
• 3 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Understanding of Java
• 4 years of experience in a development lead role
• Familiarity with integration and API development
  
  

Required

• ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• 1 Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer certifications
• CompTIA Security certification (required for IT1 Administrators only) – 2 Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer Certifications
