Through our range of institutional and retail structures, coupled with excellent client service and educational resources, we help investors diversify their portfolios with private market solutions that seek to deliver consistent, long-term growth.Position SummaryThe Digital Marketing team within Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) is seeking a well-rounded digital marketer to help develop and execute digital strategy and initiatives in support of AWMS’ growing global business. A key focus of this role will be managing AWMS global website-related projects that align to strategic business priorities and aim to deliver exceptional user experience across brand, products and thought leadership. This role will also engage in other areas of digital marketing, including email marketing and marketing data & analytics, and will have the opportunity to impact how AWMS strategically scales outreach.This individual will partner with Marketing, Creative and Technology teams as well as external agencies on project execution. This role will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Strategy, Legal & Compliance and Leadership teams globally to align digital initiatives with dynamic business needs.This candidate will need to demonstrate creative and analytical thinking, strong project management skills, familiarity with marketing technology and the ability to partner with various types of stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to join a team that values problem-solving, delivering exceptional output and collaborative culture.Essential DutiesManage AWMS website projects from requirements to launch across AWMS brand, product and thought leadership initiatives (ex. single webpages, multi-webpage experiences, enhancements), working through content, design, UX and development in collaboration with Head of Digital Marketing, Ares stakeholders and creative and development teamsCollaborate with Ares stakeholders to define complex project requirements and translate to deliverables that address business needs and integrate digital best practices; work closely with creative and development teams to executeOversee ongoing publishing of regular website content and updatesProject manage timelines and lead communication between stakeholders and collaboratorsWork with Head of Digital Marketing to build out website roadmap and align projects to scalable web strategiesDevelop framework for regular website reporting and analysis; present recommendations for optimizations and strategy refinementSupport SEO strategy, including optimization of AWMS webpages, and oversight of SEM campaignsPartner with broader Marketing team on multi-channel campaigns across web, email marketing and social media to drive lead generationEngage with digital marketing initiatives across email marketing and marketing data & analytics as opportunities ariseQualifications3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or a similar function, preferably with holistic exposure across digital marketing functionsFinancial services or a highly regulated industry experience preferred; B2B experience preferredExperience working with a CMS and managing web projects; strong working knowledge of website development processExperience with marketing technology across channels, including email service providers, and familiarity with SalesforceExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across technical, creative and business areas globallyA solid understanding of website analytics and tagging; experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager or equivalent tools preferredExperience with SEO, SEM a plusRequired SkillsExceptional project management, organizational and communication skills; ability to translate deliverables into clear project requirements and timelinesStrong writing skills, understanding of design principles, awareness of digital best practices regarding content, design, user experienceStrong analytical skills and ability to synthesize into meaningful insights and recommendationsAbility to prioritize deliverables, meet business-sensitive deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail in a dynamic settingAbility to problem-solve independently and as part of a teamHighly motivated, team player, eager to roll up sleeves in an entrepreneurial environmentReporting RelationshipsVice President, Wealth Management SolutionsCompensationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.$100,000 - $115,000The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
