Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Regional Property Manager reports to the Regional Vice President of Property Management and is responsible for managing a sub-regional industrial real estate portfolio and the respective property management teams. The Senior Regional Property Manager's objective is to directly manage a property portfolio and to facilitate a positive team culture within the sub-region to maximize property performance through efficient operational strategies, maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction, and meeting the overall financial goals of the company.
Responsibilities of this position include establishing and monitoring budgets, personnel costs, and working closely with the other departments within the firm to maximize results.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
People & Culture :
- Organize and develop sub-regional property management teams for performance through hiring, high ethical standards, positive leadership, accountability, coaching, annual and bi-annual performance appraisals, and strategic direction.
- Actively manage staffing levels, personnel costs, and personnel counts to support an efficient organizational structure based on portfolio size and scope.
- Act as a liaison with other departments within the firm to build on a culture of collaboration, interdepartmental efficiencies, and a high-level of internal customer service.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
110,000 - $140,000 / annum
